Esercizio: La mia dieta

Un esercizio di autoritratto molto particolare consiste nel fotografare la propria dieta.

Per dieta intendo in questo caso il regime alimentare, il tuo modo di alimentarti; ciò che mangi abitualmente. In altre parole l’esercizio che ti propongo consiste proprio in questo: per un’intera giornata, fotografare tutto quello che mangi un attimo prima di consumarlo. E quando dico tutto intendo proprio dire TUTTO!

Se il problema che ti stai ponendo ora è la disponibilità quotidiana della fotocamera ti ricordo che, per un compito così semplice, quella del tuo cellulare sarà più che sufficente.

A proposito! Sapevi che questo esercizio, se prescritto ad un individuo obeso, e protratto per tre mesi può aiutarlo a perdere fino al 15% del proprio peso corporeo senza bisogno di nessuna altra prescrizione dietetica? Se il tuo obiettivo è perdere peso questo esercizio potrebbe aiutarti.

Ma al di là di questo, noi non siamo mai realmente consapevoli del tipo e/o della quantità degli alimenti che ingeriamo ogni giorno. Nè del setting in cui questo consumo avviene.

Il fatto di fotografare la tavola, unitamente al piatto, alle posate e allo scenario circostante può darti in questo senso alcuni insight interessanti ed assolutamente imprevedibili.

    But, think on this, what if you were to write
